How do I reset my password?
Go to Profile > Settings > Account > Reset Password. You'll receive a verification link via email.
Why are movies buffering?
Check your internet connection (minimum 5Mbps recommended for HD). Close other apps using bandwidth, or lower video quality in Settings > Playback.
How do I download movies for offline viewing?
Find the movie you want, tap the download icon, and select your preferred quality. Downloads are available in My Library > Downloads.
Can I watch on multiple devices?
Yes! CinemaFlix supports up to 4 simultaneous streams with a Premium subscription.
Why isn't the app updating?
Ensure you have enough storage space (minimum 500MB free). Check your app store for pending updates or restart your device.
